Best Practices to
Improve the Process

  1. Hire a Construction Project Manager to manage the Construction process. They can keep a project on task, on time and usually on budget.
  2. Be sure to follow what is acceptable and what isn’t regarding the RE elements like monitors/graphics/furniture, etc. The earlier we discuss these issues the easier they are to resolve.
  3. Please avoid developing plans and submitting them to local jurisdictions prior to a consultation/DID or without involving ChangeUp. Once the city approves a plan its time-consuming to go back for another review and time is critical to this rollout.
